These conditions shall apply to all online transactions between Hampers complete / T/A cc.enterprise Ltd and any person, firm or company (“the Purchaser”) placing an order online with Hampers Complete for the manufacture and/or supply of any goods (“the Goods”). Hampers Complete by accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser, agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on Hampers Complete website and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Hampers Complete stated herein.

1. PRICE
Prices for Goods Exclude standard packaging, postage or carriage. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website Hampers Complete reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. The customer will be notified by email informing them of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.
2. WEBSITE SECURITY: Hampers Complete provides a 100% secure payment system. All payment transactions will be processed by PayPal. Payments are submitted online using protocol 128 bit, the strongest commercially available level of encryption. The private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. For added security, we do not store your credit card details.
3. ONLINE PAYMENT: Hampers Complete Provides a secure payment system. All payment transactions will be processed by PayPal
Credit/debit card payments can be made using Visa, Delta, JCB, Switch, Mastercard, Solo and Visa Electron.
Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full.

Gift Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are between £4.95 - £12.95 according to the item you choose.
Important Delivery Information
Please ensure all address details including house number and postcodes are entered correctly. Any delivery problems and redirections arising from incorrect address information will be charged for.
If the recipient is not at home on the selected delivery date, the courier will automatically attempt redelivery the next working day (from 9am to 5pm).
If nobody is there to receive delivery on the second day, then a card is left with contact details for the addressee’s local depot and the item can be collected from there by the recipient.
The item is held at the depot for 5 days. If it is not collected by the addressee then after 5 days it is returned to Hampers Complete Thereafter, the Purchaser will incur a redelivery charge to deliver the Goods. The Purchaser will also be charged for any items that have become unsuitable for sale and need replaced (any perishable items).
Hampers Complete will endeavor to deliver on the day requested but delays may occur that are outside our direct control. In the unlikely event of a delay in shipment Hampers Complete can provide customers with a tracking number to track shipments.
All deliveries require a signature.
5. NO-QUIBBLE REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the service we provide. If the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval, please return them to us within 7 days, unused and in their original packaging, and we will happily refund the value of the goods.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order up to 48 hours before the requested delivery date. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation later than 48 hours before the delivery date, you may be too late to halt the delivery. To cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched, you must notify our customer services team by email to Hampers Complete. If you cancel the contract you must send the item, unused and in its original packaging, back to our contact address and we will refund the value of the goods.
6. DAMAGED GOODS
If the Goods are damaged the Purchaser should contact Hampers Complete (within 3 days of receipt of Goods). Damaged Goods must be returned to our address above, suitably packaged. Hampers Complete will replace or refund the items concerned.
7. COMPLAINTS/CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Purchaser should inform Hampers Complete immediately of any problems by Email Hampers Complete will do our utmost to investigate any complaints as soon as they are brought to our notice. We will endeavor to rectify any problems as soon as possible.
8. SUBSTITUTIONS
Hampers Complete reserves the right to substitute any items included in hampers of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are unavailable.
9. ALCOHOL
No persons under 18 years of age may place an order or receive Goods from Hampers Complete if the Goods contain alcohol.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Hampers Complete will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested dispatch date. Hampers Complete Shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.

Hampers Complete Collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected by Hampers Complete to process the Purchaser’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible.
